Serbian cuisine is influenced by Mediterranean (especially Greek, Bulgarian), Turkish and Hungarian cuisines. In general, few spices and herbs are used, practically only black pepper and ground paprika, along with parsley used for soups. Usually, lunch is the biggest of the three daily meals.
