There are four climatic seasons in Nepal: March–May (spring), June–August (summer), September–November (fall) and December–February (winter). The monsoon is approximately from the end of June to the middle of September. Spring and autumn are for most people the most pleasant seasons, while winter temperatures drop to freezing with a high level of snowfall in the mountains. |
