In the bigger cities of Morocco you can find both modern shopping malls and shops, and the old, traditional Souks. The biggest, and most popular with visitors, are the ones in Marrakech and Fes. Within the ancient walls of the medina daily life follows a centuries-old pattern. Goods are haggled for in tiny shops and stalls, often over a glass of mint tea.
