Famous from the Spanish kitchen is tapas which can be something as simple as a piece of toasted bread, rubbed with garlic and dipped in olive oil, or a dish of olives. Gazpacho is yet another famous Spanish dish; it is a soup made with tomato, olive oil, garlic, cucumbers and croutons, served chilled. Wine is often consumed with the meals.
