Many Chilean people are working in the service sector as e.g. health workers, teachers, and government and domestic employees. Trade and financial services, including the real estate, banking, and insurance industries together with transportation and communications, also make up a significant part of the labor force. Other important jobs are in agriculture, forestry, fishing, mining and manufacturing.
